Doug Liman happened to mention to the Ninjas: 'Fair Game isn’t done yet; I’m still working with editors to finish it, and we’re editing with the same intensity we had when we were shooting, so combining that with starting to prep Moon, it means I’m working night and day. I really love it. Instead of depression, I’m in the other mindset where I’m looking forward to going through nothingness and depression after the Moon project. Of course, that’ll be in about two years …' In other words, Moon could launch Jake Gyllenhaal into our cinemas in 2011. Good news!

Hey Anna :DD A minth is a well known Jake time term - it's that amount of time when you can have no communication with the outside world because you've moved into the theatre and you're watching PoP at least once a day. It's PoP time!
These pictures are very dramamtic! Thanks, WDW. Jake looks so serious and so intense. Very authentically Princely. The only thing I worry about is that he will have to do the sequel, and it will be difficult for him. I am in training to become a masseuse so I can be helpful.
Jake looks great - he looks, as said, intense and looks just like he would be looking being in the desert and having the sands of time dagger in his possession.
Think when people see the trailer in the theater they are going to be buzzing about it.
Not everyone has been following this every day like we have and for some they may only vaguely know about it or maybe not at all.
The places with the poster may be the first info. they have had about it.
I visited the Disney/PoP site yesterday just by chance...I don't check that often but had good timing...and was completely blown away! Jake jumping across my computer screen...Yikes! Loved it!!
LOL at Percy being able to "star" in LaOD if he were in the states. I don't think my "tank" would qualify...ha ha!!
Yay Doug L...always keeping us up to date...I think we are going to have more info about that film than any other and that makes me happy.

This is getting really exciting! Like Anon 23:28 said, I am also curious to see how people will react to the trailer who don't really know yet about the project. It looks like it will be really exciting!!!
In general I like the look of the pics, but I have to admit, some of them are a bit weird... I really don't like the second one, Jake's face looks a bit grotesque there... And the first one looks a bit weird, like he is going down a skid/ shute/ slide (?) in a fun park... :D
And the one where he is looking at the dagger like he is looking at a bottle of booze "Damn, it's really empty!!" :D :D :D

Saturday night I saw "My one and only," which had Renee Zellweger and Kevin Bacon in the cast. No direct links to Jake, and not even many indirect ones. The only one I could think of was Renee Zellweger's link to "Chicago," which had John C Reilly in the cast. Reilly was in "Good Girl" with Jake.
Wait...Paul...I have a Jake Link to the movie you saw! It's a stretch but it works...Mark Isham is the composer for My One and Only and I knew I recognized that name so double checked and I was right...he was also the composer on my 2nd favorite Jake movie: Moonlight Mile! And (something found while looking this up) he was also the composer for Losing Isaiah (screenplay by Jake's mom, directed by Jake's dad...as most of us here know).
Okay, so obviously I like the Jake Links...can't help it!
