An Enemy starts filming today - Jake Gyllenhaal on set in Toronto and a WDW Interlude

You could set your watch by it... An Enemy was set to start filming in Toronto on 22 May and so it did. And in full view of locals and photographers alike. The photos go a long way towards explaining Jake Gyllenhaal's recent dishevelment - it's the Teacher Look. I'd be first in line to give him an apple.

A smoking teacher, indeed...

WDW Interlude

Oxford was closed off to all traffic not on two wheels today. The Halfords Cycling Tour Series reached the city for an hour-long speedy sprint around and around a short circuit in the historic centre. It was quite exhausting watching them, I can tell you.

Fortunately, a pub by the river - the beautiful Victoria Arms - beckoned for a cooling drink on the hottest day of the year so far (although after the weather we've had for the last couple of months any day would be hard pressed not to be the hottest day of the year so far). Entertainingly, some people arrived by punt.

I like the teacher look on Jake. Very "Adam". And smoking hot indeed.

Definitely smoking hot. Hope to see a deluge of photos while they are filming.

We are lucky they started to film outdoor so we have pics right away. It certainly ignited the fire. Twitter went crazy today. Pics are fantastic. I like the way Jake is dressed and the way he looks. Exact handsome teacher's look. So it's rolling!

It's great they have started filming. Fingers crossed for many more pics from the set.

Morning all! Another beautiful day!

Waves to Mermon, Carol, Daniela, Aussie Girl and Lin :) Good to see you!

Makes me wonder if the SoulCycle teaching has been part of his research for teacher authority... As well as just liking it, of course.

Have a good day!

The photos are wonderful and even more added to IHJ now. I love the look of this character and it makes me even more interested in seeing the "other" character he will be playing. One step at a time I guess!

I got a kick out of the photo of (I'm assuming) the hair stylist taking close up photos of him from every angle. The stylists, wardrobe people, props people, etc. have to have record of everything that's shot so they can repeat the exact look the next day - a nice perk to the job getting to take those close up photos, huh?!

Speaking of nice photos...more good ones from you WDW...very spring like! :-)

Hope we get more and more set photos (sorry Jake - it's obvious you don't like it).

Morning everyone!

Hello BBMISwear :-) I was trying to reply to you last night and my laptop crashed for the night - I think it's not used to the weather. I remember when watching them film An Education that they were doing this detailed examination and photography between almost every shot - for continuity, I suppose. But what a job!

Have a good day everyone!

He is a true professional. He did a wonderful job during Electronic cigarette. He arrived on time and gave me overview of the entire process. Thanks!!! It was truly a great learning experience. I recommend them to friends and family!
