Update! Jake Gyllenhaal and Dustin Hoffman catch up as the LA Lakers win the finals

Update! It's great to see more pictures of Jake Gyllenhaal from last night, doing his best to distract everyone from the game. Not that he wasn't open to a little distraction himself... Looking great, Jake! Good to see those muscles again. Many thanks IHJ for being on the ball! Game? What game?

I might know nothing about basketball (it was basketball, wasn't it?), but one of the things I do appreciate about this game for very tall people, is Jake Gyllenhaal can be counted upon for cheering along his team(s) from the sidelines. And last night, when the Lakers beat the Celtics in the finals in a tense game (final score 83-79), Jake was indeed there chatting away with Dustin Hoffman.


It is quite possible that Hollywood was emptied of its stars last night because every single one of them was watching the game. This means that the photographers had a bit of a battle on their hands to decide which star to snap. Unfortunately, some used up quite a bit of film on the players themselves. They did, however, capture this moment.
