How about loitering outside Nordstrom and Tiffany's in Pittsburgh, just in case Nancy Mosser Casting happens to show up looking for extras to cast in Love and Other Drugs. You never know... While Jake is busy somewhere learning pharmaceutical jargon and thrashing out moon colonisation motivation issues, I'm pleased to say that we can do our bit for Jake. And this is serious. I was horrified to learn that someone somewhere believes that Jake Gyllenhaal's chest may not be as good as Robert Pattinson's. I know. I was shocked and appalled too. But despite this outrage committed against anyone who has eyes to see, there is a chance to put the matter straight and vote, vote, vote for Jake's chest. Admittedly, I'd vote for most if not all parts of Jake given half the chance, but if I'm only offered a chest vote, I'll take it. Vote here!

Just updated the post with release date for Brothers in the UK - 22 January. Not particularly happy with the choice of date (coincidences can be irritating) or with the delay. But at least we know.

If that stupid poll would have used any of the pics you put in this post (what a yummy selection and I must say I really admire your dedication to science :DDD ), there`s no way Jake would have lost with a ridiculous 25% of the votes. It seems to me people who choose the pictures for these polls often pick the worst ones for Jake. I think they do it on purpose to give all those poor other candidates a chance. That has to be it. :D

I'm glad you have a Brothers date, our UK friends, but damn about the date. I know all about that date and movies. It's my BBM anniversary and it's not a good one to have. I watched it on my anniversary (as I always do) on that horrible day before I got the news. Cried hard while watching and didn't even know anything yet. Cried for weeks from that day onward like so many others here I'm sure. Well, maybe y'all will feel some Jake/Heath connection when you venture out to the theater that day. *heavy sigh*

Thank you, Paul, for the kudos on my long post from the other day...I always feel like I am in good company here and even though I ramble sometimes I know there are people here that like what I like! And great suggestion re: Legal Seafood...it seems everyone who comes to this area insists on going to Legal's...sometimes I forget to even suggest it!
Even with the "real thing" right next to me most of the upcoming week I am going to be constantly saying "don't forget to do a WDW post...the people will have withdrawals"...as I know I always do if I go too long without it!
My to do list is as long as yours and I'm not even going very far so back to it.

I have Legal Seafood on my list - my dad keeps telling me to go there too. So I'd better! I'll make sure I do what I'm told and I'll post away. There'll be two of us to keep up with Jake, not just me. Mind you, he may find it harder keeping up with us... I think he should give us some new pictures - come on Jake!!

What is even moer ironic is Jake was filming Brothers, on set in New Mexico when he got the news about Heath. How horrible.

If I rem. correctly it was right at the end of filming when Jake heard the news. He didn't have that much more to film.
He was back in L.A. as we saw pictures with Reese and the kids.
Then probably back to finish the few scenes left. There was an article where someone said a newspaper had been contacted by paps for someone to take pictures but they refused and of course the set was closed.
However it was at least he didn't have to film almost a whole movie.
From what I can gather, Michael Jackson was also done in by prescriptions that should have put him to sleep, but killed him instead.
Is "Brothers" going to be introduced in the U.S. before December 31?
