Jake Gyllenhaal photographed in the Jardin Majorelle
A sure way to tell that I'm missing Jake very much is that I turn to that cure-all icecream, and now, thanks to Heat magazine (and Chris of Edinburgh), we can see that Jake must be missing us too. For here is Jake Gyllenhaal in the beautiful Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech, with friends, eating a green icecream (pistachio? Mint chocolate chip?). Jake was spotted in the Gardens on August 24, a report on which you can read here. Although this picture was taken three weeks ago, it is great to see Jake looking well, enjoying the colourful sites of Morocco.

Yep, no fake tan there ;D Thanks for the new pic WDW. He's got that annoyed, slow shake of the head, pursed-lip look. Sorry baby Jake that your private moment was invaded but we missed you so and I love the pic so I'll forgive and thank Chris for this. I've almost forgiven you WDW for the 'nose pick' pic. Just never let it happen again :DD
Hi Sheba :) Jake just looks to me like he has his mouth full... all this while without any pap pics, I don't think Jake would begrudge us one photo. I'm so glad we have it - made my day. The nose pic is one of my fave pics!
Although I don't find the nose picking picture offensive, I feel sorry that Jake couldn't be left alone at such a time--an embarassing moment like that!

Yeah, me too. Isn't it great that we're converting people to Gyllenhaalism one picture or movie at a time. Haha on the pic pic, but seriously I can't bear to look at it though, I'm a little squeemish.
He looks even better than that yummy ice-cream... mmmmmmn..... Jake, ice-cream and chocolate sauce.. That blonde looks like his agent - I've seen her before - can't remember where though.

Hi Sheba! Posting at the same time :D Both the guy and the gal look familiar to me and I can't put my finger on it... it's annoying me! I'm not sure that is the same blonde as the assistant, hmmm, have to have another look. That guy really does look familiar to me.

They are production assistants from Pop, Jake reportedly hung with the crew while filming there.
The blonde looks like Mariel Hemmingway but it's not her.
The dude is part of the production crew as is the blonde.
Jake should be on his way home if he isn't there already.

How'd we know it's ice cream, and not a piece of green melon or sorbet? If Jake's not allowed to eat a choc chip cookee (T&L lunch) he wouldnt be allowed to eat ice cream.
O I guess "Chris" knows - having been on the scene. Still - Im not sure ice cream is the consolation of choice for those whose fame is partly their hot bods.

Hi Pia! I was asleep! The photographer and I think it's icecream. Jake got the bod and his reward is to get the occasional bowl of icecream while enjoying the sites :D Speaking as someone with 'an icecream problem' myself, I feel qualified to identify the substance ;D

Yeah the hair is long but it is for the movie so I am sure it will be cut as soon as it is over.
Morning Get Real! I bet the hair is cut within five nanoseconds of the movie wrapping (slight exaggeration, perhaps, but maybe not :D) I do hope we get to see Jake out about first in the US and in the UK before he does finish so that we can get a better look.

Paul! What a lovely comment - thank you :D Although I think 4 to 5 years is a bit much. I may have freezed to bits by then. I reckon, given the chance, a 7th-century Persian prince would have lept (using parkour techniques no doubt) at the chance of a bit of pistachio ice cream :)
