Jake steps out in BH, 9 November 2007
The Jake Gyllenhaal treats continue this morning with another photograph of Jake in Beverly Hills. Taken yesterday, it shows Jake walking to or from his car wearing one of the most spectacular pairs of Nike I think I've seen. And he's looking very good indeed!

imdb has a page for Nailed now and Jessica Biel's name is on, but not Jake's, but i guess we'll find out soon.
Hi Winterbird I think he looks just great :D That's interesting about imdb. I wonder if we should read anything into that as yet. I suppose we must wait and see. If it's due to start in January, we'll know soon enough.
Why do I keep thinking of Teenage Mutant Turtles when I see those trainers ???

I wonder if Nike has a series of "special edition" shoes that they just send out to their best customers. Jake certainly seems to qualify. One of the questions I wanted Ellen to ask him on her show (alas, she didn't) was about his extensive Nike collection and his near-exclusive loyalty to the brand. It would have fit in nicely with that contract they gave the car-jumper, too, so I say she missed out by ignoring the suggestion.
Sorry, got off-topic. Jake looks delicious, of course. Funny how after everyone said he was looking "pudgy" and I said he looked lean as ever at the Staples Center, he shows up in the Staples Center outfit this time. Think someone told him? :D

Morning Cherita - I was a Nike fan before I discovered Jake and I have too many pairs but the number that Jake must have! I know he occasionally goes off brand but he always comes back - phew. I would not be at all surprised if they offer him first pickings because whenever there's a new style, Jake will have it. I wonder what he does with all the old ones - he rarely rewears them.
I could talk about Jake and Nike for hours so I'd better shut up :D
I thought that myself when I saw the picture - that he's back in the 'slimming' getup. Yep, he got the message!
Jake looks really great in these pics, and those are fine trainers, they look very new, very clean and very yellow. I do wonder about these paps though, do they just hang out in underground car parks on the hope of someone famous coming in?
CWG, sorry your head is aching, but hope the party was good. Looking at Jake is a good hangover cure. I don't think I've ever had a bloody mary.
Hi Christie - I don't know if that was a pap pic or just a chance photo. I know that area relatively well and I must say I've not seen a pap hanging round a carpark. Of course they can get tipoffs and follow stars back to their cars. I think all these pictures reflect that Jake is becoming more high profile now and perhaps sought out by photographers. Generally stars walk round BH and are untroubled, except if they hang around Rodeo Drive with lots of attendants and bags of course ;)
We should have a bloody mary night :D
Jake looks totally yummy here. ;D While I love seeing pics of him but I do wish the paps would leave him alone a bit more. Seems they have caught him almost every day. :/

Jake will be off filming soon enough so he'll get a break from all this. I fear I'll miss him though :/

WDW, you are right. Pretty soon pics of Jake will be few and far between. So I will be quiet and just enjoys these new ones. :)
chillinwitgyllen, sorry about you not feeling well. Actually, a bit of "hair of the dog" might help you. I know thinking of a drink right now would be rough but they do say it helps. Otherwise, lots of water and juice and Tylenol, lol.

I can't find that Ellen anywhere, I've been looking, good point made yesterday, because of the writers strike it might be a rerun again soon.
Bloody Mary = Spicey hot V8 juice, celery, vodka, and don't forget the lime, very important.
He is definitely getting that sexy swagger back, like he's channeling Jason Bourne or something. Maybe the moon movie deal is close to completion? ;)

Speaking of Jake and fridge reminds me of Ellen show I pray that extended version will surface.

OH yeah! Jake looks his hottie tottie best here...sigh..and I love the trainers..Funny that they took that shot of them though isn't it? Or is it just me that thinks that? I mean I know I am even interested in how Jake would cut his toe nails.. What? Yes. I'm that far gone. But it seems strange for a photographer to take a pic of a star's trainers...but then again maybe I'm missing something, it won't be the first time.
And WDW, I'm going to follow your lead...and grow closer to Jake by only buying Nike trainers and biking gear from now on! Anything to feel close to Jake...
And yes. Interesting about Nailed that they have Jessica Biel's name there but not Jake's. I wonder if he has not commited yet then?
