Jogging with Gyllenhaal! 14 January
Hello everyone and welcome to today's issue of Jogging with Gyllenhaal! LiveStrong is so yesterday, today all smart LA /Santa Monica joggers are wearing the colours of Adidas, preferably in an electric, vibrant blue, with black speed stripes, accompanied by matching shorts and a Trainer in Red. Extra calorie points are awarded for a coordinated cap.

Hey Winterbird! I've been watching Jake jog now on a regular basis and, therefore, I feel qualified to say that I do not like this outfit. It's just too blue. Having said that, I do like the clash with The Trainer's red. I'm grateful to Jake as I'm definitely using up calories :D Hope you're having a good evening!
I totally approve of the trainer's red shirt.
I feel like I'm getting a workout too, looking at those pics. Well my heart is racing and I'm a little breathless, surely that counts?
Hey Rubes! It's like a New Year's resolution by proxy :D I feel like I've lost pounds watching Jake jog over the last week or so. And yeah, the pounding of the heart - that's gotta use up some calories as well. A win/win. Carry on, Jake!
Damn, the boy sure works out! Makes me feel like a total slacker, lol. :/

I'm not sure about the all-blue-thing, but I'm positive about the skin left uncovered this time. He gives us arms one day...legs in the next day...and I must say that I'm impressed with those legs too. I just don't think this Jack the Rapper way to show body parts is fair! Still waiting for sunscreen-only day. :p
A lil story: my friend has a crush on Leo Di Caprio. She went to watch Revolutionary Road, and got angry because he's got a round "cookie face" and a beer belly. I told her she should be happy, cause if someday, for some miracle, she gets to meet him, he'd never think she's fat.
Well, she looked back at me and said: you better never meet Jake then!

I haven't started my New Year's exercise regimen and it's all Jake's fault. He is making me exhausted. BTW, WDW, can you please tell Jake to NOT wear so many clothes. When you are working out, it is best not to be too encumbered. It's not good for you...
