Jake and Deacon out for coffee, 16 May

A second post of the day can mean only one thing - after a week away from the cameras, Jake Gyllenhaal is back! Yesterday (16 May), Jake and Deacon went out to buy some coffee, which involved walking past a horse disguised as a dog. And one thing's for sure, the scruff is also back! Many thanks to IHJ for the pictures - you can see more there.

I think Deacon is adorable and Jake looks so Daddy like. That is a huge dog I thought so too. Those are great pictures, thank you.

Good night, wet dark!

My choice to interpret Frank Sinatra is Johnny Depp, but if Jake is chosen, I'm sure he will do a great job.

Thanks for the picture of Ang Lee in Cannes!

Deacon is so beautiful and sweet!
I love children!

Hehe, Deacon is doing the chicken dance in the second pic from the top - as performed before by Jake while playing basketball with a certain someone... Green sigh... LOL!

Ugh! It's Monday - have a good day anyway everyone!

Really really adorable pics :) Deacon is so cute.

On the Frank Sinatra casting, Johnny Depp would be my first choice for it too. I think that as it's Scorcese Leonardo di Caprio will figure in it somewhere. Though I can't see him carrying off the role of Frank.

Good morning everyone! And the sun's come out, just in time for Monday...

Hi Gail! Lovely to see new pictures :D I've been missing Jake.

Morning Monica! I just can't see Johnny as Sinatra but I imagine if he got it he'd completely surprise me. Deacon looks like a lot of fun :D

Hi Uli! You and your green sighing :D I wonder what Deacon was telling Jake about... Monday :( Not good...

Hello Rosa :D Lovely pictures!

Have a good day everyone :D

Hi Carol - posting at the same time :D I just can't see Leo as Sinatra at all - just the wrong look etc. It'll be very interesting to see who Scorsese picks. have a good day!

The beard is back! *g*

Not really a kid-loving person myself, but Deacon looks cute. I am not sure he's old enough to drink coffee though.. lol. maybe american coffee probably has 0.0008 caffeine in it anyway.

lovely day outside finally! have a good one, everyone!

Morning Winterbird! Looks like we might have to restart the shaving campaign again - but maybe it'll get to that itchy pase soon :D I'm not a kiddie person at all either but Deacon looks like fun. I crave coffee right now. I think this is cos I'm making up for lost time, I only started drinking it a couple of years ago when I discovered The Latte :D

I`m late to comment on the last post but I wanted to say thanks for that wonderful video I had never seen. Remember some time ago, I said I needed Jake to charm my socks off, not just to see pictures? Well that video really did the trick! :) How cute and funny his he in that?

I had a weird BBM moment Saturday night. I was watching the movie From Here to Eternity and in it there's a girl named Lorene, pronounced the same as Lureen. In the middle of an argument with someone she yells: "Stop calling me Lorene, my name's Alma!" I just started to laugh so hard, I had to stop the movie for a minute. I couldn't believe my ears! :DD

Have a great day everyone!

Jake looks adorable with kids. :)

Thanks so much for the video in the previous post! How cute was Jake with that interviewer.

Jake as Frank?!?! Hmm....well, I would love to see him in a Scorsese movie that is for sure.

Hi Get Real! Jake looks great with kids :) I'm glad you enjoyed the interviewer. Now I'm home (hooray!) I'll take another look. I have quite a list of directors I'd like Jake to work with now :D
