[Updated] Jake Gyllenhaal watches the Red Sox beat the Nats last night and Jake on set again

The Red Sox beat the Washington Nats last night in DC and Jake Gyllenhaal was there to watch (or chat) looking so hot my eyeballs have melted. No sign of any hat pledging allegiance but, judging by the red t-shirts behind him, Jake was hopefully cheering on his old Boston favourites as they won 6-4. Many thanks to the Washington sports blog for spotting Jake behind the nets.

Updated to add... pictures of Jake on a second visit to the set of How Do You Know? taken last night. The hat is back. This time there are also pictures of Jake with Paul Rudd. And more information on the crossword breakfast here.

PoP sizzles and teases in Amsterdam

At a Cinema Expo Presentation in Amsterdam 'May opener "Prince of Persia" from Jerry Bruckheimer was teased in a sizzle reel.' Let us hope that we see the reel and get our own sizzle teased in the not too distant future!

And finally...

And on an entirely off topic note - I roamed over some local Roman villa remains yesterday evening and thought I'd post a piccie or two, courtesy of the Get Jake to Oxfordshire Tourism Branch of WDW Productions.

Includes pictures from here, GG and WDW.

I had a dream last night about the Prince making out with the Princess and me watching. So weird... Gyllenhaal is hidden somewhere in my brain and sometimes does wicked things.

Hi, everyone, by the way. So much new information. I'm happy for him, he looks content with his life. It's hard to follow him though, but WDW does a great job:)

Yeay! Zodiac! So good to see you, my friend. I'm delighted to hear you still have a Gyllenhaal hiding in your brain, exerting his influence. And thank you for keeping in touch *)

BBMISwear failed!!!! I would have expected her to supply the pics, LOL!!! (just joking ;))

Jake, Jake, Jake... Didn't pay attention to the game... ;)

Morning Uli! I know! I'm waiting to hear BBMISwear's report of the match. I don't understand baseball - maybe it has gaps so Jake could chat. Cricket generally stops for tea. Jake looks GREAT here!

I belongs to the group of people that go to a baseball game and not knowing which team wins at the end.

Do you think it was some random baseball fan he was talking to? like, the guy recognised Jake, said hi and then they started talking about sports and stuff? :P

Jake looks great there, even with that weird Italian-footballer-way of wearing sunglasses :P

btw, nice pics from Oxford! Jake should take a tour to see the ruins and go to Cotswold! (and we can be the guides... you can help me with the history?)

Hey Winterbird :D I think Jake looks good enough to eat here. Gorgeous :P I'm liking the sunglasses look - nice to see the whole face. I wonder what they're chatting about... Jake looks like he's having a good time.

Glad you liked my Roman pics :D We should do a tour! I left my motorbike helmet in for contrast :)

Hi Flower :D

Hi WDW is that a black motorcycle helmet in the background? hmmm...a trademark of WDW Productions?

Jake looks younger in these pics. So hot!

Hi TD! It could be a trademark, I tend to carry it around a lot! Jake looks just gorgeous :D

Updated the post with new pics of Jake on set of Reese's film from last night. I long for the days when we see Jake on his own filmset again...

Go Sox! BBMISwear was in bed Uli...LOL! But I recorded the whole game (it's a game, WDW, not a match...this is not tennis or soccer...LOL)!

I am heading out to a meeting in 5 minutes so I can't watch the recording until I get back but I will and will report back what I see. Wow...based on these pictures he looked GREAT last night (even if he didn't wear his Red Sox cap). :( At least he didn't wear his Nationals hat. :) I love when he wears his sunglasses on his head and his hair gets pulled back a bit. So sexy.

At first glance this looks like some Red Sox fans spotted him and started to talk to him. And, yes, baseball is a very slow paced game with plenty of time to talk and eat and drink and stretch! (There's actually something called a 7th inning stretch). When Jake was at Fenway Park in Boston (as he described in great detail on a talk show shortly after) I was able to record the reshowing of that game the next day (after many friends called to tell me Jake was at the game) and they had the camera on him for a bit chatting with his friend (who he talks about on the talk show as well) and one of the owners of the Red Sox who stopped by his seats to say Hi. I hope there is some good footage from this game too. I'll report back! One more game tonight - I'll record it just in case although I don't know if Jake will have time to go to two games in a row given he seems to be part of the night crew on this softball movie.

Gotta run...more later!

P.S. I would love for the European Gyllenhaalics to come to Boston and learn more about baseball...we could have a little outing! Plenty of beer at least!

:-)

Hey BBMISwear :-) Game? Those are elements of a tennis match :DD I saw a baseball GAME once years ago and it did have very very slow bits. But I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Feel free to educate me :-) It must be great going to one of these games (I had to correct myself there...) as a big celeb. Good seats and all that. Please give us a full report! And the beer sounds fab (not Bud is it??)

Jake is looking great/sexy/adorable/happy in these pics! I love seeing him around DC, at the game, even if not paying attention, lol, talking to Paul Rudd (who I really like alot, also adorable) and just enjoying. :D

Thanks for the PoP info. Exciting stuff. :p

And ohh, lovely photos, WDW! You have such history there...wonderful to see..thank you. :)

Jake looks good in the on set pics. I'm not the biggest Gyllenspoon fan, but they seem to like each other and enjoy each others company a lot. Maybe this will last longer then I thought. :)

Thanks for the new pics. :)

I'm glad Jake had fun at the game. And the Sox won. I wish Chris had been there with him. I often wonder what happened to his friend. I bet he would love to have been at that game with Jake, knowing that Chris is also a major Sox fan

Looks like he is letting a beard grow again.

Hi there Get Real! It is fun trying to keep track of Jake as he leads us on our dance around DC - he looks great! Thank you for liking my self-indulgent pics *)

Hi JakeFan :D He looks great! The hair's growing, I think.

Hey there Sweetpea :D It would have been great if Chris had been there too, although, as we don't have much of a view, maybe he was :) Wishful thinking maybe, but it'd be good to see who was there with Jake. It looks like the hair and beard are growing.

I hope everyone's having a good day - what a beautiful evening here. I had work cocktails. I had a margarita - just for Jake! But a 'proper' one, no pomegranates in sight :D
