The VGAs on Saturday didn't just give us a (kind of) new(ish) trailer for the Prince of Persia movie, introduced by Jake Gyllenhaal, it also gave gamers a chance to see the thinking behind the new Prince of Persia game - The Forgotten Sands. Interestingly, this trailer let Joystiq create a new verb: 'We're not sure if it's possible to Gyllenhaalify a game, but that's exactly how we'd describe what's happened to the Prince in the latest trailer for Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands.' It would appear that the creators and the producers are tightening the connection between Jake and Prince.
Please forgive a short post this evening, brought about by flying for several hours through bumpy skies. During this flight it is possible that I saw Ice Age 3 one too many times. Many thanks to IHJ for a picture of Jake holding a couple of VGA awards that handily double up as cake decorations.
