Jake's Saturday lunch at Mozza Pizzeria
On Saturday 20 December, Jake Gyllenhaal met up with Reese and Deacon for lunch at Mario Batali's Mozza Pizzeria. After so long a time with so few pictures of Jake, it is a relief and delight to see him continuing his LA trend of never eating in when you can eat out. It also gives Jake the opportunity to try out another jacket and assorted headgear (with The Jeans).

Oops...I'm still in São Paulo. Who knew?
And here comes the sun! (meaning "here comes our smiling Jake, in jeans") Love it! And I love his baseball hat...fits perfectly in a typical LA boy.
Life is good when this man walks around LA streets. sigh! (actually I'd prefer him walking around São Paulo streets, but one can't have it all)
Uli, a plant in Curitiba? elaborate...
Curitiba is my hometown, I grew up and got married over there, but life --husband, money, kids, work -- took me to Los Angeles, then brought me back to Sao Paulo years ago.
But I know I'm going to end up my days driving a convertible on 101 freeway. I can see myself: 80 years old, silver hair, round fatty lil' body, weird hat. LOL!

Hi there Monica O! I have some wonderful memories of driving down the 101 as well :) I must do that again soon. Jake looks so good to be back home :D I've really missed him - even though he's been so close here, he was obviously living pretty privately. I love seeing him out and about in LA :) Have a good trip :D

Hi Get Real! It was so good to see TL again :) It's great to know sh's still out there. Thanks for the virtual soup - I must be feeling better as I'm now in recovery from a wii tennis tournament (I was thrashed...). Good luck with the weather. And let's hope we see more Jake out and about soon. My word is bother(?)
