Golden Globe Day for Jake and Maggie
Before the Golden Globes (at which Jake was seen making a very late arrival), Jake Gyllenhaal made a return (incident-free) visit to Peet's Tea and Coffee house in Santa Monica. Leaving the beanie behind, Jake gives us a good look at his GG hair, this time combined with a baggie cardie. Thanks to IHJ for the pictures.

I think Jake looks pretty tired in those pictures, but he's gamely trying to smile for the cameras. I've never had coffee at Peet's, though I could go to the one in Newton Centre, which is only 6 or 7miles from my home.
Maggie looks very interesting in that hood. She looks a bit like a certain politician. ;-)
I think about Stephen Gyllenhaal sometimes, and hope that he is happy. I saw someone who looked a lot like him the other day, and was reminded of his dynamism. I'm sure we will hear more from him in years to come.

Jake looks so, so cute buying coffee. Not many people can manage to do such ordinary errands look sexy. But again, everything about Jake is sexy.
I remember the first time I saw Jake. It was around the time of "Donie Darko". I though he was cute but nothing more. Definitively not in my Top 5. The next time I noticed him was when "The Day After Tomorrow" and... wow! the boy had grown up very, very well. I can't stop drooling every time I see him. Who would have know?
Kate looked absolutely lovely. She looks more beautiful every time I see her. ;O)
And finally, a shallow comment here... does anyone else think that Chris Nolan is handsome? I do. It's quite pleasant to see a director as good looking as his stars. It makes watching all those promotional interview more fun to watch.
