Jamie and Jake together again - the premiere of the Blame It video
And now, at last, here is the video to Jamie Foxx's Blame It, featuring one very cool Jake Gyllenhaal. Of course, while in my opinion, the video features too much man with a panda head and not enough Jake, it's good to see Jake in this kind of company, red lights and all. Next time I'll watch it with the sound on... (only kidding!).

I don't know what Jamie Foxx was thinking! Did he think that we wanted to see him in that video?? Well, Jamie, I hate to break it to you, but: No, we actually didn't want to see you! And neither that stupid Panda mascot!

I have to disagree about Jake's coolness in the video, though... LOL, I think in contrast to all the guys who were sooooo cool, he was just his cute self! :D :D

Hi Uli! Oh you're so right! Anyone would think it was a Jamie Foxx video! I love seeing Jake get out of the car. But I need more of him schmoosing with the booze in the bar. I have to own up to liking the song though. But better if Jake were singing it and doing the whole vid. Love seeing Big Sam!

That's it???!!! My god what a gross underutilization (is that a word?)of a perfectly sexy Jake! Such a waste! I was hoping for a lot more but Jake did look really good. I watched the video with the sound off (I'm still doing this from work but should soon have internet at home, yay!). Would having the sound on help me understand what that weird panda was doing there? I bet not.

Hey Olympia! Ooh I laughed at that! It drives me mad when directors don't use Jake enough. Much as I love David Fincher I definitely wanted more Jake in the middle section of Zodiac. Gavin Hood made up for long scenes without Jake by at least getting him to take his shirt off :D That panda was so overutilised!!

Jake's never stopped amazing me. The way he walked out of the car, and the way he smiled... How can a guy be cool, sexy and cute at the same time? I don't think Jake appeared more than 1 minute but I know I OD'ed over Jake-ness :))
And really, I feel bad for Jamie Foxx. It's his video, but all we've got to talk about is Jake this, Jake that. God, I watched it for over 10 times and still, I hardly remember the music :)) And I swear I'm watching it now *lol*
He looks so freaking hot in this video! (Although, agreed, not enough Jake). Oh that look...that look he gives with his hat pulled down a bit and his heavy lidded eyes. Special thanks to S for capturing and posting on IHJ as now I am alternately looking at that picture and the video and getting nothing else done today! *feels lightheaded*

Ooh, great comment, Nezuko - you put it so well. Just Jake getting out of that car - the way he does -there's noone like him. I've just been watching it properly, now I'm home, and I do like this song, especially as now I associate it with Jake. I wouldn't feel too sorry for Jamie, he wanted to bring us all in like this :D
