Jake's lunch with David O Russell - Nailed on the menu?

Thanks to some supersleuthing by some WDW readers, it seems there could be more to Jake's lunch with his friend yesterday at Brentwood's Early World Restaurant than first meets the eye. The friend was none other than David O Russell, director of Nailed and a man who can reduce actors to shivers of cold sweat with just the hint of a direction. But not Jake Gyllenhaal! Despite all the difficulties of filming, and the possible troubles that have since waylaid Nailed, both director and actor are still happy to share a hug.



David's bag, featuring the Red Wagon Entertainment logo, is another hint that perhaps Nailed is about to get off the ground because this is the company behind the its production(and that of Jarhead, for that matter). So, is something afoot? Cannes? One hopes - one also hopes the smiles are another good sign.
