I'm assuming that you want us to vote on the entries you've rpesented, so here are my votes:
1. Hat
I vote for the baseball cap with the "B" on it. The "B" stands for Boston," meaning the Boston Red Sox." I cannot be against the wearing of such a hat! :-)
2. Shoes
I vote for the good brown leather shoes, which are elegant yet casual. Jake wore them on MV at least once.
3. Toy
I vote for the octopus
4. Spandex.
Any of the above. I really can't tell much difference between the entries. Was this a trick question>
5. Cute moment
I vote for the time when Jake gave Kirsten a kitten. I melt in the rpesence of kittens. Kittens sometimes melt, too, as in pee on me, but if I were Jake and Kirsten, I would forgive the little critter anything it did.
6. Jeans
I can't tell much difference between one pair of jeans and another. I bet many of the entries were the same pair.
7. T-Shirt
It's been a long day, and I can't cope with complexity. I go with blakc and white. The first one is white. I also like the black one that jake is wearing in the picture where he has a white knit hat on his head. I prefer the black. I think it's a good fit for jake.

The spandex was indeed a trick question although I did examine it thoroughly.
Jake and kittens - I fear this is almost unbeatable.

I've had a couple of glasses of Chianti so I think it's a great time to give my votes...LOL! I first have to say I'm laughing at Olympia's post being too long to get through...hee hee...longer than mine this time Olympia!! *smirks* I also want to tell Olympia that I love what you shared about Imaginarium and, honestly, some of the things you said could have come straight from my mouth...especially about people in RL not understanding how this will effect us. I'm with you on that and this is why I saw DK alone the first time and will do the same for this movie. *heavy sigh* More later on this I guess. On with the poll!!
1. Hat - I'm with Paul. There is nothing better than Jake in a Boston Red Sox Hat...nothing! I do love him in a beanie, though...but the Red Sox? Can't beat that.
2. Toy - Elmo. Nothing cuter. Period.
3. Shoes - Love the boots but I'm a Nike girl from way back so any Nikes on Jake will do and then some. (Although I do have a pic of myself in front of the 461 North Bedford Drive sign holding a RiteAid bag which makes me really like that pic of him in the flip flops...but...I'm sticking with the Nikes).
4. Spandex - Could things get more difficult?! You're killing me here WDW!! All of them. All of them. Just, all of them. (Oooh but that third picture holding the Coke bottle...THUD)!
5. Cute - Oh boy. So cute. That kitten? So cute. This is all so sugary I think I'm going to go on to the next set of photos (but love them all...truly)!
6. Jeans - Could never pick. I like the "regulars" that he wears most of the time (obviously his favs). I prefer jeans on him tighter rather than looser but he seems to like those loose ones. He's 29. He should do whatever he wants...LOL!
7. T-shirt - Again, way too hard. Love the postage stamp tee as obviously he loves it. Wish we had one of him in a Red Sox tee. Someone should buy him one.
8. Atti - picture #1. Scratching Atticus' belly with underwear showing. Yup, that's a keeper!
Is that it? Can we get more? I want more pictures to vote on! LOL!
Okay...the family is looking at me like "what on earth are you doing over there?" and I don't think I want to tell them...hee hee! I hope this comment is not too long...can't wait to see if Olympia beats me!!

There is a very important jeans picture missing. I know its a favourite of yours WDW, so I'm hoping it will be in part 2. It's also a good boots pic, which I much prefer over Nike. I like a man in boots and jeans that show off his long legs, especially this particular man.

I accidentally just bought Avatar the Game for the wii - I may need tips... I'm buzzing a bit at the mo as I just bought my first latte for nearly 2 weeks - I got an extra shot in it, just for good measure.
Ooooh...favorite picture being saved for something else?! Whooowheee...that must mean more good stuff to come this week! (Not that there isn't always good stuff here...but looking back on these pictures is heart stopping - and distracting - I'm suppose to be being productive not gawking at pictures of Jake Gyllenhaal on line)!
Sad news about Jake's parents but based on people I know that have gone through the same it's usually a feeling of relief. If they've been separated for almost 2 full years, as reported, then they've probably been tired of this hanging over their heads. Getting the paperwork finalized means their lives can move on with the new year and new decade after dealing with divorce details for two years. Again, I'm just basing this on people I know who have gone through divorces and how they felt. I wish them all the best. And happy freaking new year to everyone because I'm personally ready for a new year!!
Okay...I've rambled enough...lots of caffeine for me too WDW! Onward I go...but I'll be back because I'm looking forward to more votes on these wonderful pictures!

Hat - I vote for any hat but the grampa hats. I can't believe he has more than one of those... (insert eye rolling smilie here)
Toy - The octopus. They're so cute together. And separated too. :DDD
Shoes - Are those the cowboy boots in the third pic? If so, I vote for those. If not, can I add them to the ballot?
Spandex - I'll say the last one but the bare chest showing ones get a special mention. Oh, and the one with Chris gets a negative vote from me. Can we do that? Worst. Spandex. Outfit. Ever. Along with the orange one. *shudder*
Cute - The mini bike, it always makes me giggle. I would have voted for the Happy Birthday Cannes video if it had been nominated. Jake's the most adorable dork ever.

Ok will let you off with the Tshirt but not the boots. They sum up Jake's personality very well. Love the Bobu pic of Jake tickling Atti. Just want to substitute myself with Atti and especially the (I surrender) bear.

WOW this is rough! I don't mind the knit hat, though the Boston Red Sox hat is nice too.
I like him in a nice pair of sneakers (cause they're comfy)
and I liked that chest getting some air while he was riding his bike (the red jacket with plenty of chest exposed)
I also liked when he had that ball thrower for Atticus in his hand.
