Yesterday (19 June), Jake Gyllenhaal took a break from going out all the time by going out. This time, it was brunch with mum Naomi at Lamill's in Silver Lake - one of those cafes where you have a very small table and have to put lots of glasses and cups on it and end up with the condiments in your lap. These pictures also prove true the well-known adage that there is no better way of getting Jake's attention - short of throwing a snickers bar at him - than borrowing a big dog and waving it at him. This demonstrates too why Jake may have moved on from Urth Cafe which, in my experience, is visited by patrons with rabbits. A no no.

Hey :)! Yay, we have our daily dose of Jake pics again, thanks for keeping us updated WDW. Cute pics with his mum, but i don't really get why they keep laughing at the dog :P and LOL at Jake at the Lakers game! Those pics were hilarious.
On a sidenote, I'm very excited because i managed to nab myself a wimbledon ticket for tomorrow :)! Looking forward to seeing Fed hopefully! :D

LOL, gyllenhaalisgr8, I was thinking the same thing, Jake does look sleepy. And is that a little bit of bed hair in the back? :)
I'm surprised he didn't shave is beard, he often seems to when he meets his mother. I wouldn't have mind it, it's getting a little long for my taste. But the hair is just about perfect for me. :)

Hey there Sheba! I did like Nine, actually. I wasn't sure I would but I enjoyed the cinematography - not sure how I felt about everyone putting on Italian speaking English accents but I enjoyed a couple of the songs and downloaded them. Marion Cotillard was wonderful in it.

Anon - With a full head, Jake's hair takes on a life of its own (having long surpassed Hugh Grant)! As for bedhead, I read a college friend said Jake had the best ever! As for the beard, give me that face clean-shaven any day! Too beautiful to cover up, right?!

I looked at the box office and I think POP should wind up with 350 million. Not so bad, especially if we consider that this summer was one of the worst for the American cinema.
I think this movie deserves a sequel. Surely they would make a much better job in the second movie, as happened to Narnia, but find it hard to happen.

I do agree about PoP - it definitely merits a sequel based on those numbers - that's a big taking. And yes it would give them the chance to do something verys pecial with such a lovely character as Dastan - love him!

I know, Olympia! They're amazing! Jake's bodyshape is definitely changing again and in the past it's always been for a role so I'm sure it is again. I love following it through too. PoP took 2 years, who knows, maybe we're seeing the very beginning of PoP 2! Jake looks fantastic!

Not much time to pop in lately but I did so tonight and enjoyed everything I saw. Thanks again, WDW...I would never be able to stay up to date without you these days! I love, love, love all the pics that keep surfacing of Mr. Out and About! I hope he keeps being out and about and I hope we keep getting to see pictures. I would love to see more from the Farmer's Market...but this seems to be a place where a lot of pics don't surface from much.

Busy and Michelle met when on 'Dawson's Creek". Don't know how long Jake has known her but it might of been when working on BBM.
I'd seen it mentioned a while back they were seen together maybe at another Farmer's Market. Like that he's hanging out with Busy and her family. (meaning husband and daughter).
