Jake Gyllenhaal - food for thought

After all the excitement yesterday of Jake Gyllenhaal running with a new aerodynamic haircut around the streets of Chilmark, today we get brought back down to earth with a rude bump due to an article about how Jake is in danger of falling off the A list.

This ridiculous feature argues that Jake made one 'controversial' movie - Brokeback Mountain - and should not make the mistake of repeating it with another or obscurity beckons. Jake should, he advises, steer clear of such clever movies as Zodiac and Rendition (no one wants to see them after all) and follow Heath's career move of playing a villain in a superhero movie. No disrespect to Heath, as The Dark Knight is a fine project, and Heath deserves such a good role as the Joker, but is this any argument for how a good, free-thinking and intelligent actor should make his choices? Is it right that 'A-list actors' should be required only to make summer blockbusters, leaving clever movies with a statement to indie newcomers? Is it that simple?

My sense of indignation on Jake's behalf did lessen considerably when I noticed te identity of the other six actors in this feature about the top seven doomed A-listers: Reese Witherspoon, Robert de Niro, Jamie Foxx, Robin Williams, Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn. So who is going to replace this unlucky septet? Shrek perhaps? Maybe a Transformer?

A diet of Jake

Yesterday, amongst all the excitement at the new haircut (dangerously close to a jarhead), it was also noted that Jake has been accused of needing to moisturise. I can't see it myself but Jake has been seen out and about with product. In the past, Jake has been associated with Kiehl's, including its moisturiser and shaving cream (and eye alert?) and Fresh - but an article today in the London Free Press put the secret of Jake's lovely skin down to his macrobiotic diet.

And this is what a macrobiotic diet consists of (apparently): 'Organized in a three phase format, the book offers 80 recipes plus cooking tips. Macrobiotic dishes include a vast list of ingredients from land and sea vegetables, beans and miso. Whole grains are a vital staple as are seasonal foods that are organic and locally grown. Fish, fruit, nuts and seeds are also approved foods. However eggs, dairy, chicken, meat, caffeine, and white sugar or white-flour products are used sparingly. Meat lovers may opt for organic free-range products. Regular consumption of "clean foods" enhances the immune, digestive and lymph systems' ability to detoxify your body. Detoxing the macrobiotic way, you eat to lose weight, keep moods buoyant and skin glowing --just as it has done for the likes of Kirsten Dunst, Jake Gyllenhaal and Andre 3000.' Just sounds like sensible eating to me...

Jake was also associated with food in another article out today, this time in the New Yorker. It's a review of Insieme, a new restaurant that has opened in the Michelangelo Hotel, 7th Avenue. It seems the restaurant is owned by chef Marco Canora, for whom teenage Jake used to wash dishes, and Jake paid a recent visit there, accompanied by his mother Naomi Foner. I do like the sound of the descriptive and informative menu, full of snippets of info about the epicurean habits of a veritable hamper of artists and performers - it says of one particular bottle of rosé that “Jim Morrison always consumed a bottle before sitting down to write poetry.” A man after my own heart - oops, sorry it's taken.

So here's another restaurant to add to my Gyllenhaal Guide to Good Eating. Do check out the website and menus and their creators.

Talking of food and drink, I found out something today about Chilmark, MV, that made me stop and think, almost completely reevaluating my mental image of this retreat for the stars: according to this report about the quiet spot of Snug Harbor, Chilmark is a dry town.

Thanks Get Real for the amendment to Insieme's location. Includes pictures from JJ and IHJ.

WDW you post in the evening just as I settle down with a drink. Hope your day was fine and long commute okay.

Well ONE MORE THING I have in common with Jake: I'm devoted to Kiehl's products - they are great!

Although not really into microbiotic diet, but that general view explains the picture where a frowning Jake has his hand on Chris's saltshaker.

Jake is certainly making his own way, in films. No chance he will lose stature. You are right, WDW,
a "ridiculous" feature, and a very boring (although familiar) mind-set.

So how did Chilmark being "dry" change your view - it is fairly isolated on Island, with one little
market, very macrobiotic. with good fresh veggies in the summertime and so forth. Just a few B&Bs. No clubs, or restaurants, unless there has been
change in recent years.

I wonder if you need a sticker or something if you would try to crash Lucy Vincent beach on a bike.
You could claim you were staying with the Gyllenhaals.

I have a friend who owns the campground on MV. She is retired now but was a pastor at the Chilmark Church. Clinton and family came to worship, he stood up when she asked for visitors to identify themselves, and talked about his home church and how much he liked the Vineyard. I havent been in touch with her for a few years. Wouldnt be able to enlist her as a stalker; she'd think Im
mad, which I am, actually. About the Boy,

Good evening Positively Pia! I'm settled with a glass of wine myself. A long, long day :(

I quite like the idea of a microbiotic diet to be honest - I'm a big believer in wholefoods but in a non-preachy way I hope. I don't even own any salt or sugar ....That picture of Jake and Chris with the saltshaker - love it!

When I read that article on the bus this morning, I swear all the other commuters heard by harrruuummpfff. How idiotic to say that Jake, never mind Robert de Niro and Nicole Kidman, were on the way out. Too silly for words.

You make Chilmark sound gorgeous as always - I love all that fresh air and healthy food - but I do like places to be a little 'wet' ;D

Just means you bring your own bottle. :) :)

Oh WDW, don't you find these articles and similar items about where Jake's career is headed so annoying? How does anybody know, except for him, his agent and his manager? I love how the article referred to Brokeback as not only controversial, but over-the-top controversial! :( The choices Jake has made so far have been wonderful IMO. If he wants to do a blockbuster or a (good) romantic comedy someday I'm all for that too. I'm always dismayed when I hear that serious films with something important to say are called "message movies" and are looked forward to by some with all the anticipation of a spoonful of medicinal cod liver oil. Yeah, we know it's good for us, but, ewww, we don't wanna!

Not to worry, I have a feeling that we are going to be seeing Jake's handsome face for many years to come (and not just because of the Kiehl's and Fresh products, which I'm curious about trying too, Pia).

I haven't visited the Vineyard in awhile, I'll have to bring some wine over on the ferry! :) Just teasing. I think I'm going to make myself a Bombay gin and tonic! ;)

AND also in Chilmark town is Menemsha, a wonderful place to hang out, with pier and fishing boats coming in and a great sea food store - a nice small beach, too, not "private" - I loved that dock and now and then "harpooned" swordfish would come in, and be sliced up for customers who know that harpooned is better than line-caught! There's an elegant Inn, too pricey for me. You buy your liquor in Oak Bluff or Edgartown.
No problem.

So be advised: the G's those lucky sonofaguns are eating well, this summer.

Hey Marina! Try Kiehl's!

Wet Dark and Wild said...

Hey Marina - you're right, these articles are very annoying but fortunately few and far between. I wanted to expose this for being as idiotic as it is. Ludicrous.

I love the idea of the Fresh products. There's a shop in London and it's on my list of places to visit with other Jakers :D I didn't know Kiehl's at all.

ooh Bombay gin - I do love a Bombay gin martini with a twist of lemon.

Pia that sounds so good. It reminds me of Mauritius where I had a wonderful holiday, on the beach or on the water, eating plenty of fresh fish and seafood. With all that good food on MV, no wonder Jake's out running :D

You forgot to mention about all the comments in reply to that article, all disagreeing and dismissing the idea that those actors are falling of said A-list. So many people disagreed with the writer..... not to mention the inaccuracies.

Wet Dark and Wild said...

Hi Anon - Thanks for commenting :) I'm afraid I didn't have the willpower to read through the comments but I'm very glad - and not surprised - to hear that he got short shrift :D

Anonymous said...

I read this article too and thought it strange. I guess they are entitled to their absurd opinions! I guess there has to be ONE person on this planet that doesn't like Jake....
The group of actors they have on the list is such a great group of actors! One of the things that makes Hollywood so charming is that there are so many talented, original, and hardworking actors that do a fantastic job at what they get paid to do. I am so glad Jake chose to go into acting and not cooking! And speaking of food, I'm getting hungry! Yum. Good for Jake and his healthy ways...it sure shows on the outside how good he feels on the inside!

Anonymous said...

are you a little obsessed?

Wet Dark and Wild said...

Hi Valentine - good to see you again! You're right, I suppose we have to have the exception that proves the rule. I went back and read the comments after Anon's comment and I'm glad to see that sense prevails. I'm just surprised at Cinematical.

I always like connecting Jake with food :D

Wet Dark and Wild said...

Hi Landlockedblues - welcome! I think we prefer to call it passionate :D

I was annoyed with the article for sure. I get the guy's idea, if you are looking at BO and current work by some of the actors listed. But come on...his arguements are ridiculous and insulting in Jake's case. Thankfully, people in the comments strongly disagreed with him. Everyone has an opinion but these "list" commentaries that the press sometimes do to say who is "in" and who is "out" are annoying and not needed.

Btw, WDW, the restaurant Jake and his mom Insieme, is actually in midtown on 7th Avenue. The other restaurant mentioned in the article, Hearth, is the one in the East Village. But I do love when you list Jake's food choices. I love that he is a foodie. :D

And OMG I love Kiehl's and Fresh products! Jake has great taste! ;)

Anonymous said...

^^That should be ...the restaurant Jake and his mom went to.

Anonymous said...

I have the problem of going back and forth between wanting him big and fat on the top of that so-called A-List on the one hand and wanting him to stay a little bit of a secret insider kind of thing on the other hand...

There must be a way for him to make successful movies, being able to pick the perfect parts for him without becoming such a superstar...
I hope, you know, what I mean...

Wet Dark and Wild said...

Hi Get Real - thanks for the comment - and the correction about the restaurant. My brain's not what it was ;D You're quite right, I see from the website that the Michelangelo Hotel - and Insieme - is at 777 7th Avenue on 51st Street, what a great address. I'm glad that you like my Jake and food posts -they're among my favourites as I'm a real foodie. Jake definitely has great taste.

Anonymous said...

Thanks WDW, once again for the interesting post. I was quite irked as well, when I read the Cinematical post yesterday (it's always a very good source of information on films and actors). As you may have noticed, the majority of the Cinematical comments were not impressed by the list of actors he claims are falling off the A-list either.

How can the poster speak for Jake, and claim that Jake isen't interested in doing another Oscar worthy performance, huh?! I also beg to differ...Jake's "star" certainly is not going to fade for a very LONG time!

I agree WDW, I don't get why so many critics and people don't like movies with a message or that have something to say. Some may not agree, but I for one hope in a way that Jake doesn't do a superhero blockbuster movie....Yet, of course I would certainly support him if he did, and certainly wouldn't criticize his choice and I would go see it as well. Jake is clever about his career choices. People today, including myself are getting more and more tired of all these mindless blockbuster movies, and are wanting movies like Rendition, BBM and Jarhead that have a message. I for one much prefer movies (especially indies) that portray real life issues and struggles. I think more and more A-list actors are leaning more for the message movies, as oppossed to the mainstream blockbusters. At least that's what I'm hoping.

I'm not a Batman fan very much at all, but, I do hope to get to see it because Heath will be in it. I'm glad that both Heath and Jake have been passionate about indies, and doing movies that have a message. I think its a travesty when a critic criticizes the choice of any actor/actress that does a small indie movie or movie with a message, thinking that they should have done a blockbuster type movie instead, geesh! Sorry for the venting....(*blush*)

It's nice to hear that Jake is into eating so healthy. It certainly is paying off by the look of things, LOL.

The New Yorker article on the Insieme restaurant, lol....they must have been in some sort of time machine cause, its dated August 20, 2007, LOL!! Such a cute article about this new restaurant, and Jake taking his Mom there. I checked out that restaurants website a bit, I also discovered from the description that it specializes in Italian....and that Insieme means TOGETHER in Italian (thanks to my nifty online translator, lol). Also found a 2002 article from The New Yorker with Jake and Maggie, which is quite cute. Embarrassed to say that I don't know how to make links clickable in here, but here's the link if you want to copy and paste it:

Hi Uli - I know what you mean about how Jake has managed to stay a little 'alternative', winning some interesting roles on the way. Top of the A list sounds great but is it as interesting?

Get Real - I've corrected the post :D

Wet Dark and Wild said...

Thanks for that great comment Jantoinette. It's as if some critics want to write Jake off before he's even got started. What's the hurry? I also like both blockbusters and more 'indie' movies - I don't see why one has to exclude the other - it just needs to be a good movie.

I checked out the menu too - Italian is my favourite - and it almost managed to eradicate my memories of last weekend's food poisoning episode!

Thanks for the link - I don't know how to make them clickable either so we're in the same boat there.

I read that silly "A- List" article and who ever wrote it was literally pulling stuff out of his..."hat", just to get a reaction and stir up controversy...and he failed miserably, bcz he just looked crazy and simple and stupid...but it didn't really upset me... much.
WDW you just keep coming up with the most fun, interesting stuff. Diet definitely plays a role in how people look. Personally, I don't see Jake being a dry skin person. Just the opposite. And yeah, I am a Kiehl's fan, too. I think he has a beautiful complexion. I try hard to eat healthy, but if I give up chicken, I'm done for. I rarely ever eat red meat.Yogurt is about the only dairy I eat...except the rare occasional egg. My complexion is fine...it's the rest of me that's gone to hell! Chilimark is dry????How is that possible??? I thought the Kennedys were denizens of MV???Oops! my bad. (I'm feeling devilish, I guess.)

Anonymous said...

Well, I can't say much more about that ridiculous article that hasn't already been said, but I like Jake just where he is. I'm not saying that two movies a year as oppsed to one or none wouldn't be welcomed, but not if it compromises the goals he has set for himself. Whatever he choses is always worth the wait. He really stretches himself - especially the past two years - and never repeats the same character.

There are plenty of people out here that want top quality movies. Lately Hollywood has been tooting the arrival of the new stars of the future. I can't recall any of their names even though they have all appeared in several movies. And one pretty much looks like the next one. There are no other actors that compare in looks to Jake or his unique talent

There once was a time when the Blockbuster did not exist and the cinemas were filled with a wide variety of films to choose from. Filmmakers felt freer to express themselves without fear of that first weekend box office hanging over their heads.

I have nothing but good things to say about Jake's choices so far but I wouldn't mind him throwing in a little lighter fare every now and then knowing it would only be something well written. I thought of him when I saw the current No Reservations with Catherine Zeta Jones. Smart comedy, romance, tenderness and COOKING!

But whatever, I am in for the longhaul with Jake and there's no danger of him disappearing anytime soon.

Speaking of cooking, love the food posts, WDW. I need to actually start keeping a list of all these great places in various cities.

Tell you what, just because the London Free Press (huh?? who is that?) prints one sentence as the last line of an article, and I quote:

Detoxing the macrobiotic way, you eat to lose weight, keep moods buoyant and skin glowing --just as it has done for the likes of Kirsten Dunst, Jake Gyllenhaal and Andre 3000.

does not mean that it's fact. Where'd they get this information? This is the first time I'm hearing about it! They didn't have a sit-down interview with him, did they? Bah, I don't believe this. I don't believe that Jake is on a macrobiotic diet just because "The London Free Press" says he is.

Who is Andre 3000?

Dear Erik,
You do realize that your reasoning is faulty. Some of our greatest movies were not seen as successful by critics or by the masses; witness the rebirth of 'Blade Runner. Citizen Kane was a huge flop...sixty years a later it's still rated number 1 on the AFI list. Raging Bull was flop as was The Shawshank Redemption when they were first released. Both of those films are also now in the AFI top 100 list.
Perhaps you could refresh your memory even more, c about the viability of Robert De Niro, if you lived here in NY, NY where Taxi Driver is now showing downtown at the Film Forum. De Niro gives a performance for the ages, that remains fresh, intense and gripping. To see him on the big screen in Mean street and Taxi Driver is an experience I will not soon forget.
Jake G. made Proof, Brokeback Mountain and Jarhead almost simultaneously; where forth do you get your information. Jake is probably going to be the it boy in Hollywood--it boy meaning that he can do one or two movies a year, and is sought after by the elite directors.
see his filmography.

My mom started me on Kiehl's years ago. I credit her with my skin remaining in such good condition. I couldn't take her macrobiotic diet program, but I saw what it did for her arthritis. She went from not being able to hop up on the bus, to taking the stairs to the trains when she felt like it.

Good job Sass!!

Anon 2:20 - thanks for commenting. I must point out that I am well aware that just because something is in a paper it doesn't make it true ;D I hope I have more intelligence than that. My purpose is to put up what there is (if not gossip-related) and chat about it with everyone. Also, as most people know, I have a thing about chatting about Jake and Food and need no excuse :D

Have a good day everyone and see you later

What a great post, WDW! *

I'm still laughing at the idea of Robert de Niro in danger of falling off the "A List".
Robert de effing Niro, if you don't mind, who is so high in the stratosphere above any considerations of the alphabet ...

Contrary to what that article posits I feel one more big risk film would seal Jake's superstar status - not a franchise or a threequel - another coming together of genius and serendipity a la BBM.

I read somewhere that Jake and Scarlett Johanssen have the best skin in Hollywood :) Cupcakes have played a major role in this, I'm sure :)

Anonymous said...

I'm now imagining Chilmark as Frinton. This is not good.

Anouska the Undry - You really crack me up! Especially with this "Cupcakes have played a major role in this, I'm sure :) " I'm quite prepared to believe it. And thanks to the good wishes of the folks at WDW and to their Jake-Chi the rain decided to hold off for the time being. Quite a relief. I was wondering just how long it would go on. I'm happy to be Incognita the Dry

Jantoinette(GyllenJan) it's great seeing you - you've become quite a rarity. Don't disappear again.

Great thread everyone.

"Jake is certainly making his own way, in films. No chance he will lose stature. " - I absolutely agree Pia

I've never heard of Kiehl's but I have my own personal favorite which is the Ayurveda-based Indian brand Biotique.

btw aren't there any embiggenable pics of the aerodynamic haircut?

mouk said...

BBM, an OVER THE TOP CONTROVERSIAL movie? This is enough to make me disregard the author of the article totally. Doing some romance just to remain on the A-list? Isn't Jake worth a bit more than that???

Jake (and Heath too) makes unusual, thoughtful choices, not those that will keep him in the forefront of mass attention just for now, but those that will place him among the few 'immortals', those who participated in masterpieces, made real art and were instrumental in changing society for the better. The same difference as between bestseller authors who make their fortune quickly and are soon forgotten and great classic writers, some of whom were recognised only posthumously but will be read always.

If Jake wants to, or has to, take part in a blockbuster every now and then to stay on the A-list, I have no problem with it, everyone has to make a living after all. But it is the Jake of the lesser watched, more courageous films that will make sure his name is never forgotten.

Hi all, thanks for your comments :D

Get Real - thanks for the linking guide. I'm a complete ignoramus so that's a big help. I'll have to test myself...

Everyone here seems to be well experienced in the beauty products. So I have no doubt that the posters here have the best skin :D - like Jake, of course. Bobbyanna - your comment did make me chuckle and I promise not to wave a chicken in front of you. As for myself, I don't eat meat just fish, and lots of it, in every shape and form (except for baby octopus :( )

Dani - thanks for that :) I think you're quite right, the movie industry has changed to fit the lazy and undemanding attitudes of many of the filmgoers. And I know I can be lazy myself when it comes to film choices. But fortunately there are actors and directors who care enough to make a difference, and Jake and Maggie are perfect examples.

Sass - you did great with that comment! I'm so glad you did that. And you use Kiehl's too. I should have a go as I'm probably the most haggard one here.

hey Anouska the undry - good to see you. I know, Robert de Niro must be extremely worried... ;) I'm afraid I love Sprinkles cupcakes so much I bought the t-shirt :D I'm a food tourist.

Hi Incognita - glad you're drying out.

Hooray it's Mouk - so good to see you my friend. Hope you had a good trip. Brokeback Mountain can have no more eloquent defender (if it should ever need one which I doubt) than you, who has taught me to watch this film with different eyes.

Well I guess Cinematical's falling off the A-List post created some buzz, cause it so happens that IMDb used it for their daily poll today! The IMDb poll is asking the opinion of who is most in danger in their poll, and you can vote. At the moment, their results show that Robin Williams at number 1 by 29.6%. Jake comes in at 6%, and he's ahead of Nicole Kidman and Robert De Niro!

Sass - I read your comment over on Cinematical, good for you! There's a new comment there, where the poster is even going so far as saying that the actors agents should sue! Did Cinematical not think that the post would stir up some people, since the majority of movie fans are fans of one or more of the 7 actors he listed.

Incognita - great seeing you as well!

Mouk - great post! I admire how Jake, Heath, and Maggie choose their roles and movies....that's what makes them such great actors. Peter Sarsgaard is also a very good actor, but quite often underrated and overlooked it seems.

Get Real - Thanks for the guide as to how to make links clickable. Guess me and WDW will both be trying it out.

I agree with Bobbyanna, I would never be able to give up chicken either, lol. I'm not a big fish lover, but wish I was cause its so good for you.

Hi WDW and assorted Jake-mates, better late than never. A-list schmay-list! What was that guy on? If anything, Jake's star is very much in the ascendent in Hollywood right now,he's definitely at the "Get Me Jake Gyllenhaal!" stage of his career he once joked about, although I'm pretty sure that phase will never end as far as Jake's concerned.
He has been so astute in his choice of roles so far and I'm willing to bet that he'll continue to take his career decisions carefully such that he can be at the top of his game and recognised as one of the world's greatest actors, without selling out with regard to the quality and integrity of the parts he plays, be they tragedies, comedies, blockbusters or gritty indie flicks. Even when he chose to do a blockbuster in "The Day After Tomorrow",sold on its mammoth special effects,it contained an inherent message so relevant today and important to all of us and he played it with warmth, humanity and conviction.
So maybe the contributor earlier up the thread would find my admiration for Jake's past choices and performances and my confidence in his future career obsessive, but yes,WDW, passionate is a much better description and he inspires such passion because he is far more than the archetypal empty-headed pretty boy who is hyped into the A-list and does, indeed, disappear without trace.
Took a look at the menu at Insieme- I'll have one of everything on the dessert menu please! Oops, not very macrobiotic...and could I really ever live without caffeine? I try to eat healthily but keep falling off the wagon! I'll bet Jake pigs out on cookies once in a while though, surely?! I love your posts about his healthy eating habits, WDW, anything that keeps him as fit, healthy and gorgeous as he is now is alright by me!

Can someone post a link to the picture of Jake and Chris with a salt shaker? I've never seen that photograph, I don't think.

As for macrobiotics, I may give that another look see...

Wet Dark and Wild said...

Hi Jantoinette! That'ds funny about IMDB and this article :D I kind of feel sorry for the guy - well, no, I don't, but it just shows how ridiculous it is. To say that Jake's dropping off an A list when all he's done is excel himself - and he's so young!

Hi Nadine - such a good comment, thanks. I'm happy to see Jake in whatever kind of film that takes his fancy (so long as there's a swashbuckler in there somewhere ;D ). As you say, even when Jake does a blockbuster, as he has done only once, it was one that he could believe in and have fun at the same time. I have faith in Jake's decisions and surely he knows better than anyone what he wants fom his career.

As for Jake and food, one of my favourite topics, I have no doubt that, although Jake is a good cook and eats well, he has a sweet tooth (lollies and gum and cupcakes) and likes to be naughty like the rest of us :D

Hi Anon 21:16 if you care to email me at wetdarkandwild@googlemail.com I'll send you the picture :D Thanks for commenting.

Hey WDW! Jake is now at 6.1% on the IMDb poll. Cinematical is a very good resource, and it is unfortunate the guy even though somewhat puzzling, done this post--and even more puzzling, the lack of research. I do feel for him a bit in a way I guess, but he had to know that it wouldn't be taken well. Anywho, well lets just hope this will be a learning experience....yet, chances are, I doubt it. I mean, I won't boycott his site or anything like that, but lets just say that that was one post I did not agree with for sure. True, Jake is still young, and has alot more movies ahead of him.

I'm in agreement, I too will see Jake in ANY movie he chooses....even as a superhero! I would like to see him do some type of musical or where he could showcase his singing abilities. I would also perhaps like to see him in a realistic portrayal in a dramatic role, of someone with a physical disability as well. So many interesting future possibilities I'm sure for our Jake--can't wait!

I think Jake has a bit of a sweet tooth as well, and gives into temptation. Those Sprinkle cupcakes could tempt anyone!

Not sure where I was or what planet I was on but, surprisingly WDW, I haven't seen that pic of Jake with Chris and the salt shaker either! If you wouldn't mind WDW, could you please e-mail me the pic as well. I'm interested now! Thanks so much in advance WDW!

Wet Dark and Wild said...

Hi Jantoinette - I just emailed you the picture. I really like Cinematical myself so I'm sure this is a one off - I bet he'll be leaving Jake (and de Niro!) alone in future.

I's like to see Jake in a musical role too but at the moment I have a weakness for something with some action in it ;D

Thank you WDW for the pic of Jake and Chris AND salt shaker, lol....I agree, it is adorable!

If Sean Penn read Cinematical's post, lets just say I wouldn't want to get HIM mad at me, lol! ;)

I agree, Jake in an action type movie would be great too....Jake in any type of "action" would be great, lol. Did I say that out loud, (*blush*)?!
