Jake wears the wings of Air Canada
Great pictures of Jake Gyllenhaal arriving in Toronto yesterday, proudly wearing the wings of Air Canada. Incidentally, this means that Jake and I were both at Toronto airport yesterday and both of us flew Air Canada - I suspect he had better choice with his meal selection. As for these pictures - failure to gush is not an option.

Is it me, or is his hair shorter than it was in the pics from the last two days? Or maybe he styled it differently? It looks flatter on top. Oh, whatever! Who cares when he looks this gorgeous!!! Most people look like crap when they step off a plane they've been on for hours, but not our Jakey!!
And I bet he'll look even better tonight. Good luck WDW, really really REALLY hope you get to see him up close and have a chance to speak to him. And btw, thank you for all the updates on the blog. I've no idea how you can concentrate and find the time and energy to do it, knowing you're in the same city as Jake and about to be so close to him, but I really appreciate it:) Hope all that good karma comes back to you in spades!
Btw, does anyone know what the time difference is between the UK and Toronto? Just so I know when to start looking for pics and news from the red carpet. I did consider just staying in front of the computer all day and night until they appear, but apparently Twisted Logic Junior has a right to use the computer too!
Toronto is Eastern Time, so that should be 5 hours earlier than the UK. I think.

Beckela and Incognita, thank you both so much!!! It looks like we're 5 hours ahead of Toronto here,so Jr should be tucked up in bed by the time we start to see pics, etc. I can't wait to see what Jake will be wearing and I'm so excited for everyone there!!!
Hi everyone! I just had breakfast up at the Hazleton - lovely - very swish :D The good news is that I've discovered the location and time of the Rendition press conference so that's the next goal.
I'll post tonight after the gala but as I've also discovered the location of the afterparty, it'll be a late one ;)

Excuse the expletives,but Bloody Hellfire! Jake looks the absolute Dog's in these photos at the airport. He looks in great spirits too, which is obviously a bonus.
WDW,how on earth do you do it, have you paid a Private Eye to suss out all the locations for you or what? No matter, as long as you get to those venues and manage to get up close (and personal - fingers crossed) with Mr.Wonderful.

I see you have a balcony seat at the Gala. Let's hope that it affords you a great view of Jake (hope you packed your theatre bins),even if it means you won't be able to concentrate on the film. Just don't get leaning out too far and falling off - unless you're pretty sure of landing in his lap!
