Parkour! Jake Gyllenhaal hints at what's in store
Remember this description of the original Prince of Persia script? 'Parkour is finally going to be given a worldwide audience with Prince of Persia. Because of the incredible athleticism and shape you have to be in to practice Parkour, I would think that narrows down the choices to play Prince of Persia’s lead character – DASTAN.' Well, here, reminding us - should we ever need it - that we are in for a treat next summer, is Jake Gyllenhaal modelling a PoP memento.

Where's that beautiful shapely butt gone??? Great minds think alike WDW. I've fallen in love with the Prince of Persia film already and I've been watching PoP stuff all day and trying to catch his English accent... still can't decide. Oh well, only 14 months to go :o(
Jake is a walking, talking advertisement that I'm ready and willing to buy into. Nice to see him out and about with a new cut. But I've been wondering for some years now whether he's really a secret ginger. Only one way to find out I suppose... any volunteers?
Hi Sheba :D Those jeans are definitely a tad on the large side - hope he doesn't trip over them - but just look at those arms :P and the hair and that beautiful face - sigh... At least we can be relatively sure that PoP will come out and won't be delayed - again...
Jake's always played around with bits of colour in his hair - I really like it with the red, puts so much depth in his hair, especially when it's all unruly like in this weekend's pics. Love it :D Love the shirt!
I love the tee, but the jeans are someone else! :P
but who knows maybe that's the latest LA trend of men's fashion. *g*
oh no... I don't think he's a ginger, Sheba! But I think sunlight and hair products would add different shades to his hair, more like highlights... I think he might be a light brown baby and later grow up to be darker brown as most people do.
OK WDW, I'll go look at them again.
I was thinking today about Jake walking, running and jumping on walls and how convincing it's all going to be. I'm sure he'll be just as amazed at the film as we are. I pray that it will become a trilogy.
Also, I hope he gets back to work soon as I love seeing him in an official capacity, promoting, doing chat shows etc. And I'm longing for Nailed and someone to adopt it and distribute it already.

It's just such a whole new experience for Jake and us, Sheba :D I bet he does such a good job with the Parkour and the idea that he has a t-shirt like this makes me think he found it so cool. I'm hoping that the signs suggest some work is on the way - whether publicising or beginning a movie. I really hope so, more than I can say. These pics kinda put me in a naughty mood too :P

Checking out the Vanity Fair video - I think the "bedhead" effect is due to both the haircut and Jake's messing around with it.

I was at the Ireland v. England rugby match yesterday so at the train station now with a major hangover so these pictures are just what I need.

Yesterday was a Jake kind of day for me. I spent the day in Montréal (which was not that cold, Jake ;) , and very sunny) and had a lot of fun. I was hoping we would have time to go to the public library where TDAT was filmed but we didn't. And TDAT was showing on french (canadian)television yesterday evening. A couple of times during the day I wondered if I was somewhere Jake had gone when he was filming. No way to know for sure but it was fun to think he might have!
