Jake Gyllenhaal takes off from LAX 27 April
Yesterday (27 April), a very smiley Jake Gyllenhaal was seen leaving LAX. It's not known where he's heading but one has to wonder if it has anything to do with the rumour that Maggie and Peter may be about to tie the knot during the second weekend of May in Italy and/or the Med. This would be quite a Mother's Day weekend. Many thanks to IHJ for the pictures.

Morning Xenia! Impossible to say whether it's true or not (at least not until my invitation arrives in the post) but who knows... Yep, get a hat and keep an eye on the papers!
Mind you, even if it's true, it's some time off so Jake could still be going absolutely anywhere. I think Maggie is going to be filming very shortly, if not now, in London for this nanny movie so maybe he's heading here :D

Hi Rosa! I don't know why Jake keeps going to the Medical Center but a lot of stars seem to spend a lot of time there. Yep, those shoes have been round the block! I'm not sure if those are Jake's trusty boots or not. Good to see you :D
This sounds like the dream wedding that Maggie has always wanted. Go for it, girl! ;-)
IMDB does list Maggie in the cast list for "Nanny McPhee and the big bang," but it doesn't say what part she'll be playing. Emma Thompson will play Nanny McPhee, of course, but no other character names are given....
As for "Brothers" and "Nailed," I see neither of them in the Boston Globe's feature article on summer movies that are coming up between May and August.

Hi Paul :D If it's true it could be lovely. I'm hoping this Nanny movie will be better than it sounds... I'm not surprised Brothers and Nailed don't feature. It will be the Autumn I'm sure - later for Nailed maybe. But we are such patient people, we've had good training :DD

I can imagine Jake charming everyone's pants off at the airport everytime. According to a friend who worked in BA, if you're a well-known actor, the airline will upgrade you to first class even if you booked a Business class ticket... I bet Jake gets more perks than that!

With the weather so nice in the Northeast, this would be a nice time for Jake to visit his sister in New York, or whichever parent got custody of the place in Martha's Vineyard. Speaking of custody, I still wonder if Boo, the puggle, is still alive and living with either Naomi or Stephen. We never really found out why Boo disappeared, only that Jake no longer had him...
(Not that it's any of my business, of course, but it's a slow day here, except for being my birthday)
