The other day, before the NYU Q&A for Love and Other Drugs, Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway and Ed Zwick took part in an interview with MTV. The videos of that are now available and you can hear Annie reveal that Ed had actually wanted Justin Bieber for the role of Maggie... It also appears Jake and Annie had a bodypart checklist as part of the pre-production process of determining how much they would led Ed shoot. It sounds like most boxes got a tick...

Such a good sound quality, for a change. And I like that interviewer.
I liked when Anne said, she wishes the other actors to have as loving and open experience, as they had.

And Anne says to Jake: "I think you have an animal magnetism" :)
These are the right words to describe Jake's charm!

They have such a great friendship - you can tell from watching the interaction of them
Or when Jake met Jamie and that dude saying: can you not be vulnerable in a movie??? *rofl*
oh-oh... and WDW thx for the early post ... you know I have one of these days nobody wants but they keep coming back - ya know when it's best not to touch or do anything as it might all fall apart??? that is my day ... so just sitting here and watching the videos is prob the best I can do today ;) THANK YOU ... I loved when Ed said about how Jake and Anne had grown over the years since they did BBM together and that they brought those life experiences to this movie.
And I was touched when Anne was talking about the research she did and the woman who hugged her and thanked her for giving voice to a disease that doesn't have a voice. I was wondering if they ever approached Michael J Fox and spoke to him about parkinsons.

Apart from shaking all over I'm ok. I was driving my mother's car and some guy drove into the back bumper when the lights went green. He hit it quite hard, it's possibly a write-off. :(

That would be funny for me. It brings memories, here in Spain we had Macarena two years in a row. First year the spanish one second year the international-english one.
Not sure if you know this but it's a song from two southern spain singers ("light-flamenco" style rumbas, sevillanas,....). Well it's a fun song but two years in a row it was too much, dance included. In every single party Macarena. Oh my god!

The videos are fantastic! I love seeing Jake and Anne interact. I especially love when Anne said Jake has an animal magnetism and asked the ladies in the crowd if they agreed and they did, lol.
